减污降碳协同视角下城市“经济-环境-碳排”耦合关系研究

Research on the Coupling Relationship of Urban "Economy-Environment-Carbon Emissions" from the Perspective of Synergy of Pollution Reduction and Carbon Reduction

  • 摘要: 构建“经济-环境-碳排”多元协同模型,以厘清上海市经济与环境、碳排放之间的耦合关系。通过选取上海市经济生产总值(GDP)、大气污染物排放量、二氧化碳排放量等指标,构建综合评价指标体系,并采用极差标准化方法处理数据。运用耦合协调度模型,计算“经济-环境-碳排”的二元与三元耦合协调度。结果表明,上海市在经济、环境与碳排放的协调发展方面取得一定进步但仍面临挑战,需持续完善政策体系、推动产业升级转型,以实现经济、环境与碳排放的高质量协调发展。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a multivariate collaboration model of "economy-environment-carbon emissions" is constructed to clarify the coupling relationship between economy, environment and carbon emissions in Shanghai. By selecting the gross economic product(GDP), air pollutant emissions, carbon dioxide emissions and other indicators of Shanghai, a comprehensive evaluation index system was constructed, and the data were processed by using the range standardization method. The coupling coordination degree model is used to calculate the binary and ternary coupling coordination degree between "economy-environment-carbon emissions". The results show that Shanghai has made some progress in the coordinated development of economy, environment and carbon emissions, but still faces challenges, and it is necessary to continue to improve the policy system and promote industrial upgrading and transformation to achieve high-quality coordinated development of economy, environment and carbon emissions.
