并联DC/DC电源模块的主动均流方法应用

Application of Active Current Sharing Methods for Parallel DC/DC Power Supply Modules

  • 摘要: DC/DC电源模块并联使用时,通常需要各模块达到均流的工作状态。通过分析并联DC/DC电源模块的工作状态和输出特性曲线,介绍了基于平均电流或最大电流的主动并联均流方法。将平均电流或最大电流对应的均流母线电压与各单模块输出电流采样值进行放大比较,调整PWM电路的参考电压值,实现对输出电压的调整,进而达到并联均流的目的。

     

    Abstract: When DC/DC power modules are used in parallel, it is generally necessary for each module to achieve a current-sharing operating state. This paper introduces the active parallel current sharing method based on average current or maximum current by analyzing the working state and output characteristic curve of parallel DC/DC power module. The current sharing bus voltage corresponding to the average current or maximum current is amplified and compared with the output current sampling value of each signal module, the reference voltage value of the PWM circuit is adjusted, then the output voltage can be adjusted, the parallel power module achieves the purpose of parallel current sharing.
