玻璃固化陶瓷电熔炉供电系统加热回路变压器二次侧电流测量不准确问题分析和处理

Analysis and Treatment of Inaccurate Current Measurement on the Secondary Side of the Transformer of the Heating Circuit in the Power Supply System of Vitrification Plant Melter

  • 摘要: 在玻璃固化陶瓷电熔炉科研项目中,熔炉供电系统通过使用单相晶闸管调功器调整变压器一次侧电压和切换变压器档位,对各加热回路的电流值进行设定,并通过变压器二次侧母排上的传感器实现电流值、电压值的反馈。在熔炉运行期间,熔炉加热回路NU01的电极温度变化趋势出现异常,通过排查分析,给出优化后的变压器二次侧电流测量方法并进行了试验验证,试验结果满足熔炉运行需求。

     

    Abstract: In vitrification plant melter research project, its power supply system through the use of single-phase thyristor power regulator to adjust the voltage on the primary side of the transformer and transformer gear switching, to achieve the current value of the heating circuit is set, and through the transformer on the secondary side of the bus transformer to achieve the current and voltage feedback. During the operation of the furnace, it was found that the temperature of the NU01 heating circuit of the furnace was abnormal, through the investigation and analysis of the problem, an optimized method of measuring the current on the secondary side of the transformer was given and verified in the test, and the test results met the operational requirements of the furnace.
