Abstract:
In view of the low degree of automation of the existing tail-rope take-up device, it is necessary to manually control the direction and speed of take-up and pay-off. This paper designs an automatic tail-rope take-up device which can synchronize the direction and speed with the grinder. Compared with the existing device, not only the automation function is increased, but also the visual human-computer interaction function is increased. Through the simulation experiment, the automatic tail-rope take-up device can be close to the synchronization effect with the grinding, and the synchronization delay is shortened to less than 0.25 s.
