市政水厂清水泵变频控制系统节能优化探讨

Discussion on Energy-saving Optimization of Frequency Conversion Control System for Municipal Water Plant Clean Water Pump

  • 摘要: 为了实现节能和运行效率提升,对广东省某市政水厂清水泵系统的变频控制进行优化。研究结果显示,节能优化后的系统整体能耗降低约43%,供水稳定性提高23%,管网压力波动由±5%缩小至±3.7%,泵房温控系统优化改善了设备运行环境,系统启停次数从每日15次减少至3次。由此可见,变频控制优化设计大幅提升了水厂的节能效果及系统运行效率。

     

    Abstract: To achieve energy conservation and operational efficiency improvement, an optimized design of variable frequency control was implemented for the clean water pump system at a municipal water plant in Guangdong. The research results show that the overall energy consumption of the system has been reduced by about 43% after energy-saving optimization, and improve water supply stability by 23%, the pressure fluctuation of the pipeline network has been reduced from ±5% to ±3.7%, the optimization of the temperature control system in the pump room has improved the operating environment of the equipment, the number of system starts and stops has been reduced from 15 times per day to 3 times. It can be seen that the optimized design of frequency conversion control in this project has significantly improved the energy-saving effect and system operation efficiency of the water plant.
