Abstract: This paper introduces a conveyor deviation control system with a small PLC has been designed. The PLC controls the DC linear actuator extension and retraction according to the position of the conveyor in real time, achieving rapid deviation correction and fault alarm of the conveyor, provide reliable guarantee for the continuous and stable operation of the production line.
