Abstract:
When a generator is connected to the power grid, synchronization operation must be performed to avoid significant impacts on the grid and the unit itself. The initial commissioning of units, electrical maintenance, and circuit modifications all require verification of synchronization equipment, and current verification tests for synchronization systems are relatively cumbersome. To address this, we propose an intelligent detection system for synchronization and grid connection. This system features high reliability and practicality, significantly reducing repetitive operations and greatly enhancing testing efficiency. According to synchronization test time statistics from a power plant, this intelligent detection system has improved verification efficiency by more than 10 times compared to conventional methods.
