Design of a Servo Motor Control System

  • 摘要: 伺服电动机因其良好的机械和电气特性被广泛应用于高精度控制系统。设计了一种基于PLC的伺服电动机控制系统,S7-1200PLC作为主控制器,V90伺服驱动器配合1FL6伺服电动机,触摸屏创建友好人机界面,通过TIA博途软件完成硬件组态、网络通信和程序设计。该系统经综合调试,控制精度高且运行稳定可靠,可有效提高设备工作效率。

     

    Abstract: Servo motors are widely used in high precision control systems due to their excellent mechanical and electrical characteristics. A servo motor control system based on PLC was designed, using S7-1200PLC as the main controller, V90 servo driver combined with 1FL6 servo motor, and touch screen to create a friendly human machine interface, complete hardware configuration, network communication, and program design through TIA Botu software. The system has been comprehensively debugged, with high control accuracy and stable and reliable operation, which can effectively improve the efficiency of equipment work.
