Abstract:
Servo motors are widely used in high precision control systems due to their excellent mechanical and electrical characteristics. A servo motor control system based on PLC was designed, using S7-1200PLC as the main controller, V90 servo driver combined with 1FL6 servo motor, and touch screen to create a friendly human machine interface, complete hardware configuration, network communication, and program design through TIA Botu software. The system has been comprehensively debugged, with high control accuracy and stable and reliable operation, which can effectively improve the efficiency of equipment work.
