核电厂安全厂用水泵异常启动研究

Research of Abnormal Startup of Essential Service Water Pump in Nuclear Power Plant

  • 摘要: 对某核电厂安全厂用水泵在一列全停时异常自动启动的现象进行了分析,并对整个过程进行了测试及研究,确认了由于全停时触发的水锤现象使压力传递导致设备冷却水的压力监测开关动作,触发安全厂用水泵启动控制逻辑,因此通过对泵出口逆止阀回座装置阻尼器单向调速阀的调节,解决了此问题,为核电厂安全厂用水系统的控制及运行方式提供了一种值得借鉴的思路。

     

    Abstract: The analysis of abnormal startup of essential service water pump when one series of pump are stopped in nuclear power plant is conducted in the paper, and the whole process is tested and researched. The conclusion is confirmed that the cause of component cooling water pressure monitor switch signal changed, triggering the control logic of essential service water pump startup is water hammer effect which is generated by the pump off. The problem is solved by adjusting the one-way regulating valve of damper of check valve of pump outlet. The paper provides a valuable way for the control and operation of essential service water pump in nuclear power plant.
