Abstract:
Fieldbus technology, as a new technology in the field of automatic control, is widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, and other heavy industries. Its application in waste incineration power plants can significantly enhance the power plant′s intelligence and lead to cost savings. However, the existing research and practice do not adequately support the application of fieldbus technology in waste incineration power plants to address key issues. This paper outlines the application of fieldbus in waste-to-energy power plants, including its role in data transmission, equipment connection, monitoring, and control. Additionally, it reviews key steps and common challenges in fieldbus implementation, along with potential issues that may arise during commissioning and their solutions. By combining technical practice and experience, this paper aims to provide valuable reference and guidance for fieldbus implementation and commissioning in waste-to-energy power plants.
