Abstract:
In response to the situation where the differential pressure switch in the ventilation system of nuclear power plants leaks slightly due to improper installation of instrument pipeline interfaces, this paper designs a transparent hose heating device for nuclear power plants based on self feedback temperature control and adaptive diameter reduction. It can collect the surface temperature of heating copper sheets and transparent hoses in real time and visually display them, making it easy for maintenance personnel to obtain real-time heating status; the heating mechanism uses bull shaped copper sheets, which can adaptively retract to clamp transparent hoses and have universality for pipeline size; set control logic and heating parameters for the controller to ensure uniform heating without generating hot spots. This design is of great significance for the safe assembly and maintenance convenience of instrument pipelines.
