基于自反馈温控与自适应变径的核电厂透明软管加热装置的设计

Design of a Transparent Hose Heating Device for Nuclear Power Plants Based on Self Feedback Temperature Control and Adaptive Diameter Reduction

  • 摘要: 针对仪表管线接口安装不当造成核电厂通风系统中的差压开关轻微漏气的工况,设计了基于自反馈温控与自适应变径的核电厂透明软管加热装置,以实时采集加热铜片与透明软管的表面温度,并可视化显示,便于维修人员实时获取加热状态。加热机构使用牛角形铜片,可自适应回缩以夹持透明软管,对管线尺寸具有普适性;对控制器设定控制逻辑与加热参数,确保均匀加热且不产生热点,对于仪表管线安全装配及维修便利性具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: In response to the situation where the differential pressure switch in the ventilation system of nuclear power plants leaks slightly due to improper installation of instrument pipeline interfaces, this paper designs a transparent hose heating device for nuclear power plants based on self feedback temperature control and adaptive diameter reduction. It can collect the surface temperature of heating copper sheets and transparent hoses in real time and visually display them, making it easy for maintenance personnel to obtain real-time heating status; the heating mechanism uses bull shaped copper sheets, which can adaptively retract to clamp transparent hoses and have universality for pipeline size; set control logic and heating parameters for the controller to ensure uniform heating without generating hot spots. This design is of great significance for the safe assembly and maintenance convenience of instrument pipelines.
