特高压换流站基建数智化管理

Digital and Intelligent Management of Infrastructure of UHV Converter Stations

  • 摘要: 通过构建数智化监测管理系统,对特高压换流站内部的基建设备进行监测和故障诊断。设备状态监测数智化管理系统包含感知、网络、应用程序三个模块。感知模块对设备运行过程中的物理信息进行监测,将数据输送给网络模块;网络模块将传感器测量的信息数据显示于主站服务器;应用程序模块将以上两个模块的数据进行分析汇总,形成设备评价数据,为故障诊断提供依据。实验结果表明,高频干扰频率为2 MHz、10 MHz和15 MHz时监测点的无线电干扰水平分别为13 dB·μV/m、17 dB·μV/m和24 dB·μV/m;低频干扰频率为0.1 kHz、0.5 kHz和1 kHz时,干扰水平最高分别为4.9 dB·μV/m、7.2 dB·μV/m和14.7 dB·μV/m。采用设计的数智化管理系统后,电压失衡发生率保持在13.69%以下,可保证无线电干扰水平在标准水平范围内,且有效降低电压失衡发生率。

     

    Abstract: This paper aims to monitor and diagnose faults of infrastructure equipment inside UHV converter stations by building a digital and intelligent monitoring and management system. First, a digital and intelligent management system for equipment status monitoring covering three modules, namely perception, network, and application, is built. The perception module monitors the physical information of the equipment during operation and transmits the data to the network module. The network module displays the information data measured by the sensor on the main station server. The application module analyzes and summarizes the data of the above two modules to form equipment evaluation data, which provides a basis for fault diagnosis.
