Abstract: Based on the author's practical work experience, this article deeply analyzes the common faults of three-phase asynchronous motors, such as winding faults(winding grounding, winding short circuit and winding open circuit), bearing faults(poor lubrication and bearing failure) and vibration faults(loose connection structure and rotor imbalance). In response to these faults, this article proposes specific and practical measures aimed at ensuring the normal operation of three-phase asynchronous motors, improving production efficiency, and effectively extending the service life of the motors.
