一起直流接地引起跳闸事故的分析与处理

Fault Analysis and Treatment of a Tripping Operation Caused by DC Grounding

  • 摘要: 介绍了某500 kV变电站220 kV侧系统母联断路器运行时三相出口压板直流接地导致开关单相跳闸,首先分析了保护动作过程,然后对异常动作情况进行分析,并通过对出口继电器动作时间及动作电压进行模拟试验,进一步剖析了仅单相跳闸的原因,提出了防止误碰的改进措施,最终实现电网安全稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the case of single-phase trip of the bus tie circuit breaker on 220 kV side of 500 kV substation due to DC grounding of the three-phase outlet pressure plate during operation. Firstly, the protection action process and the abnormal action is analyzed. And, through the operation time and action voltage of the exit relay are simulated, the causes of single-phase trip are further analyzed, and the improvement measures to prevent accidental touch are put forward, so as to realize the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
