24脉波移相变压器在大功率电源中的应用

Application of 24-Pulse Phase-Shifting Transformers in High-Power Power Supplies

  • 摘要: 针对传统电连炉采用380 V低压大电流供电导致电源网侧电流畸变率高、功率因数低的问题,提出采用10 kV高压小电流直接接入电源,通过基于网侧绕组延边三角形接法的24脉波移相变压器多回路均衡输出给负载供电。对移相变压器的移相原理、网侧电流谐波含量相消和功率因数的提高进行公式推导。基于Simulink仿真验证理论推导的正确性,最后搭建实物平台进行验证,结果表明网侧电流畸变率低于5%,功率因数在95%左右,提高了电能质量。

     

    Abstract: In response to the issues of high current distortion rate and low power factor on the power grid side caused by the traditional electric furnace using 380 V low-voltage high-current power supply, this paper proposes to directly connect to the power source with 10 kV high-voltage low-current. The power is supplied to the load through a 24-pulse phase-shifting transformer based on the delta connection of the grid-side winding, with multi-circuit balanced output. The phase-shifting principle of the phase-shifting transformer, the cancellation of harmonic content in the grid-side current, and the improvement of the power factor are derived through formulas. Based on Simulink simulation, the correctness of the theoretical derivation is verified, and finally, a physical platform is built. The results show that the grid-side current distortion rate is below 5%, and the power factor is around 95%, which improves the quality of electrical energy.
