Abstract:
This study focuses on the application effect of dispatch automation technology in a 10 kV distribution network renovation project in Guangdong. The research results show that the application of scheduling automation technology significantly improves power supply reliability, with fault location time shortened to less than 6 s, fault isolation time controlled within 0.5 s, power supply recovery time reduced from 50 min to 12 min, annual average power outage time reduced from 1.8 hours/household to 0.4 hours/household, voltage qualification rate increased to 99.2%, and power grid loss rate reduced from 4.5% to 2.8%. The accuracy of the load forecasting model has reached over 97%, and the difference between peak and valley loads has been reduced by 15%.
