提高10 kV配电网供电可靠性的调度自动化技术研究

Research on Dispatch Automation Technology to Improve the Reliability of 10 kV Distribution Network Power Supply

  • 摘要: 针对广东某10 kV配电网改造工程,探讨调度自动化技术的应用效果。研究结果表明,调度自动化技术的应用显著提高了供电可靠性,故障定位时间缩短至6 s以内,故障隔离时间控制在0.5 s内,供电恢复时间由原先的50 min减少至12 min,年平均停电时间由1.8 h/户降至0.4 h/户,电压合格率提升至99.2%,电网损耗率从4.5%降至2.8%。负荷预测模型准确率达到97%以上,负荷峰谷差缩小了15%。

     

    Abstract: This study focuses on the application effect of dispatch automation technology in a 10 kV distribution network renovation project in Guangdong. The research results show that the application of scheduling automation technology significantly improves power supply reliability, with fault location time shortened to less than 6 s, fault isolation time controlled within 0.5 s, power supply recovery time reduced from 50 min to 12 min, annual average power outage time reduced from 1.8 hours/household to 0.4 hours/household, voltage qualification rate increased to 99.2%, and power grid loss rate reduced from 4.5% to 2.8%. The accuracy of the load forecasting model has reached over 97%, and the difference between peak and valley loads has been reduced by 15%.
