Abstract:
Grid digitization plays an important role in grid production, marketing and customer service. This paper proposes an evaluation method based on game theory combination weighting and improved VIKOR method for the optimization of digital projects with high redundancy and strong correlation. Firstly, from six dimensions of security, finance, customer, operation, environment and sustainable development, 20 indicators are selected to establish the evaluation index system of power grid digital reserve project. Secondly, the BWM method and CRITIC method are used to calculate the main and objective weights, and the game theory combination weighting method is used to determine the comprehensive weights. Thirdly, the improved VIKOR method is used to sort the items. The empirical analysis shows that business revenue growth and resource scheduling efficiency are the key indicators of project evaluation, and the improved VIKOR method has a large dispersion degree. This method provides an effective tool for power grid enterprises to optimize resource allocation and improve project benefits.
