基于EEMD与小波阈值的配电线路单相接地故障诊断

Diagnosis of Single-phase Grounding Faults in Distribution Lines Based on EEMD and Wavelet Threshold

  • 摘要: 常规的配电线路单相接地故障诊断方法主要使用深度去噪自编码(Denoising Autoencoders, DAE)输出故障定位位置,易受sigmoid输出变化影响,导致诊断区段与故障区段差值偏高,因此提出基于EEMD与小波阈值设计一种全新的配电线路单相接地故障诊断方法,即利用EEMD与小波阈值生成接地故障信号降噪流程,设计了配电线路单相接地故障诊断算法,从而完成配电线路单相接地故障诊断。实验结果表明,设计的单相接地线路EEMD小波阈值故障诊断方法的诊断区段与故障区段较拟合,证明设计的单相接地故障诊断方法的诊断效果较好,具有准确性,有一定的应用价值,为提高配电线路的输配安全性作出一定的贡献。

     

    Abstract: The conventional single-phase grounding fault diagnosis method for distribution lines mainly uses deep denoising autoencoders(DAE) to output fault location, which is easily affected by changes in sigmoid output, resulting in a high difference between the diagnostic section and the fault section. Therefore, this paper proposes a new single-phase grounding fault diagnosis method for distribution lines based on EEMD and wavelet threshold design. A denoising process for ground fault signals was generated using EEMD and wavelet thresholding, and a single-phase ground fault diagnosis algorithm for distribution lines was designed, thus completing the diagnosis of single-phase ground faults in distribution lines. The experimental results show that the diagnostic section of the designed EEMD wavelet threshold fault diagnosis method for single-phase grounding lines fits well with the fault section, proving that the diagnostic effect of the designed single-phase grounding fault diagnosis method is good, accurate, and has certain application value, making a certain contribution to improving the transmission and distribution safety of distribution lines.
