Abstract:
Currently, the establishment of evaluation index systems for the adjustable potential of power users' loads mostly considers only one type of load adjustment method, with limited feature parameters. This approach can only assess the magnitude of a specific potential and lacks comprehensive analysis of user data, unable to comprehensively evaluate the adjustable potential of users' loads. Therefore, the primary focus of this paper is to establish two load adjustment potential index systems for interruption and time-shifting based on load adjustment methods across different time scales, while also exploring the characteristics of industrial users' load data. The research results indicate that this index system can comprehensively represent the adjustable potential of industrial users.
