智能变电站监控后台改造自动校核技术

Research on Automatic Verification Technology for the Transformation of Supervision Control System in Intelligent Substation

  • 摘要: 针对智能变电站监控后台日益迫切的改造需求和改造时校核效率、质量低的问题,提出一种智能变电站监控后台改造自动校核技术方案。厂内搭建镜像测试环境,将新、老后台的数据库、画面信息导出为文件,进行离线比对,校验新、老后台数据库、画面的一致性,再根据导出文件在新后台端、IED仿真端分别生成遥信遥测发送序列、遥控发送序列,自动顺序发送,生成收、发记录文件并比对,实现新后台与站内间隔层装置的测点一致性校核。该方案节省了大量人工、时间成本,提升了监控后台改造时校核的效率和质量。

     

    Abstract: In response to the increasingly urgent need for the transformation of supervision control system in intelligent substation and the low efficiency and quality issues during the transformation of supervision control system, this paper proposes an automatic verification technology for the transformation of supervision control system in intelligent substation. Build an mirror image testing environment in the factory and export the database and image information of supervision control system before and after the transformation as files, then, offline comparison of these files to complete consistency verification of the databases and images information in the supervision control system before and after the transformation. Based on the exported file, generate sending sequences separately in supervision control system has been transformed and IED simulation system, and automatically send them in sequence, after completion, generate receiving and sending record files and compare them to complete consistency verification of points between supervision control system has been transformed and the IEDs. The technical solution has saved a lot of labor and time costs, improved the efficiency and quality of verification during the transformation of supervision control system.
