Abstract: This technical programme proposes a structured process task form design method for the problems of process task forms in discrete manufacturing industries. By analysing the current situation, drawing on successful cases, and discussing the design principles and technical solutions, the standardisation, normalisation and high efficiency of process task forms are achieved. Practical application shows that the method can effectively improve production efficiency, reduce costs and promote the standardisation and sharing of process data management.
