立体三角卷铁芯变压器磁场分布规律研究

Study on Magnetic Field Distribution Law of Three-dimensional Triangular Roll Iron Core Transformer

  • 摘要: 立体三角卷铁芯变压器铁芯结构由3个独立的单框铁芯两两拼接而成,与常规三相平面叠片铁芯结构差异较大,影响变压器磁场分布。针对此种立体三角结构铁芯,分析其磁场分布规律,并借助有限元仿真分析方法,验证其磁场分布规律。

     

    Abstract: The three-dimensional triangular roll iron core transformer has an iron core structure composed of three independent core frames spliced in pairs. The iron core structure of this new structure is quite different from the conventional three-phase planar laminated core structure, which affects the magnetic field distribution of the transformer. In this paper, the magnetic field distribution law of this three-dimensional triangular structure iron core is analyzed and studied, and the magnetic field distribution law of this structural iron core is verified by finite element simulation.
