相控阵检验技术在低压转子检测中的应用

Phased Array Technology in the Application of Low-pressure Rotor Inspection

  • 摘要: 低压转子采用常规超声检验方法只能检查表面缺陷,而对于经验反馈中提到的叶根内部缺陷则难以检测到。利用超声相控阵检验技术,即开发低压转子末级、次末级叶根相控阵检验技术体系,检测叶片根部可能存在的缺陷。该技术体系主要包括相控阵试块研制、专用检测探头研制及检测技术开发等。

     

    Abstract: The conventional ultrasonic inspection method for the low-pressure cylinder can only check the surface defects, the defect in the experience feedback mentioned in the blade root is difficult to detect. In this paper, using the ultrasonic phased array inspection technology, the development of low pressure rotor grades at the end of the final blade root phased array inspection technology system, can defect detection of blade root. The technology system mainly includes the phased array specimen development, special test probe design and test technology development, etc.
