Abstract: This paper describes the current testing status of distribution network FTU and the lack of single plug-in testing on hardware, proposes an automatic debugging system FTU single plug-in, and then expounds the hardware design of the automatic testing system from four parts: control system, test equipment, relay switching module and sampling system. According to the hardware design, a software test scheme is developed, and finally a distribution network FTU single plug-in automatic intelligent test system is formed, it is applied in NREC intelligent manufacturing workshop. Application results show that the automatic test system can carry on the intelligent FTU single plug-in for distribution network automation testing, and has the automatic test, simple operation, high efficiency, etc..
