Abstract:
Aiming at the phenomenon of override tripping in the coal mine power supply system, an intelligent distributed coal mine power supply anti override trip system based on the area-protection of principle is proposed. The system is based on the principle of area-protection and utilizes fiber optic communication channels to transmit GOOSE signals, enabling upper and lower level protection devices to establish signal connections for information sharing. At the same time, mining 5G wireless devices are used as backup communication to improve the reliability of information exchange and transmission between protection devices. It has the functions of link abnormal self-inspection of the line, intelligent identification of fault location, and automatic fault removal with zero delay tripping, achieving anti skip protection, which avoids the expansion of power failure accident caused by override trip, and improves the safety and reliability of coal mine power supply system. By building a test platform for anti-override protection logic, the test results verify the effectiveness and reliability of the designed system protection logic.
