Abstract: With the popularization and application of the IMS administrative switching network of the State Grid Corporation of China, the number of IP multimedia services has gradually increased, and there are many barriers to the development and application of traditional "silos" power services. Based on the IMS administrative switching network system architecture and core NE capabilities, this paper designs an open platform that can shield the service capabilities of the underlying communication protocol, and provides an open interface to support the third-party to directly call the relevant service capabilities when developing business applications, and avoids conflicts between multiple services through the multi-point service triggering model, and gives the design of the third-party user registration and call processing process, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid development of new services.
