考虑电力系统调度需求不确定性的风电多参数预报分析

Multi-parameter Forecast Analysis of Wind Power Considering the Uncertainty of Power System Dispatching Demand

  • 摘要: 鉴于电力系统多尺度经济调度的重要性,分析风电并网对系统调度带来的影响,并讨论多参数预报技术的应用潜力;详细构建24 h日前调度、4 h滚动调度及15 min实时调度模型,考虑风电预测的不确定性,展示如何通过多参数预报技术优化调度策略;以IEEE 30节点系统为基础,实验证实多参数预报在提高调度准确性、应对风电波动性和间歇性方面的有效性。研究结果表明了在电力系统经济调度中综合利用多参数预报技术的必要性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: Define the importance of multi-scale economic dispatching in power system, analyze the influence of wind power grid connection on system dispatching, and discuss the application potential of multi-parameter forecasting technology; construct 24 h day dispatching, 4 h rolling dispatching and 15 min real-time dispatching model in detail, considering the uncertainty of wind power prediction, show how to optimize the dispatching strategy through multi-parameter forecasting technology; confirm the effectiveness of multi-parameter forecasting in improving dispatching accuracy, and dealing with the volatility and intermittently of wind power. The results show the necessity and effectiveness of comprehensively using multi-parameter prediction technology in the economic dispatching of power system.
