抽水蓄能电站参与电力市场化的收益模式

Revenue Model of Pumped Hydro Storage (PHS) Participation in the Electricity Market

  • 摘要: 抽水蓄能(PHS)是电网中常用的储能方式,主要通过调峰服务获益。在现行调度管理下,抽水蓄能需接受电网直接调度,但在一体化运营模式中,与特定电源组成电力单元共同调度可提升经济性。建立了抽水蓄能电力市场化调度模型,利用混合整数线性规划算法分析抽水蓄能参与电力市场的收益模式。结果显示,随着弃电电价增加,抽水蓄能收益减少,弃电电价超过0.3元/(kWh)时,收益下降趋势减缓。

     

    Abstract: Pumped hydro storage(PHS) is a commonly used energy storage method in the grid, primarily benefiting from peak-shaving services. Under the current dispatch management system, PHS is directly controlled by the grid. However, in an integrated operation model, where PHS forms a power unit with specific energy sources and is jointly dispatched, economic efficiency can be improved. This paper establishes a market-oriented dispatch model for PHS and analyzes its revenue model using a mixed-integer linear programming algorithm. The results show that as the curtailment electricity price increases, the revenue from PHS decreases, and the declining trend slows down when the curtailment electricity price exceeds 0.3 yuan/(kWh).
