基于系统参数辨识法的电力系统惯量估计

Inertia Estimation of Power System Based on System Identification

  • 摘要: 随着新能源在电力系统中的渗透率逐步提高,电力系统失稳的情况也在增多,系统的惯量估计问题显得尤为重要,为此提出一种含风光的电力系统惯量估计方法。首先通过分析含风光的电力系统惯量原理,建立计及风光快速时变特征的整体参数辨识模型,然后基于含遗忘因子的递推最小二乘法对模型求解估计系统惯量,最后在MATLAB/Simulink平台搭建含风光的三机九节点的仿真系统,验证所提方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: As the penetration rate of renewable energy in the power system gradually increases, the instability of the power system also increases, and the problem of system inertia estimation becomes particularly important. Therefore, this paper proposes an inertia estimation method for power systems containing wind power and photovoltaic. Firstly, by analyzing the principle of inertia in power systems containing wind power and photovoltaic, an overall parameter identification model considering the fast time-varying characteristics of wind and solar power is established. Then, based on the recursive least squares method with forgetting factors, the model is solved to estimate the system inertia. Finally, a simulation system of three machines and nine nodes containing wind power and photovoltaic is built on the MATLAB/Simulink platform to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
