Abstract:
This paper takes unattended ship unloader system as the goal, carries out research around the core technologies of neural network image recognition, laser scanning, grab intelligent control and intelligent unmanned driving, and develops a set of unattended ship unloader control system that can be applied to 50000 tons marine cargo ships. After the application of the system, the original unloading wind speed limit has been greatly exceeded, and the available time has also been increased, which significantly improves the efficiency of port operation and can be used as a reference for other intelligent transformation of ship unloaders.
