智能化无人值守卸船机系统

Research on Intelligent Unattended Ship Unloader System

  • 摘要: 以卸船机系统无人值守化为目标,围绕神经网络图像识别、激光扫描、抓斗智能控制与智能无人驾驶等核心技术开展研究,研发出一套可应用于5万t级海运货船的卸船机无人值守控制系统。系统应用后,突破了原有卸货风速界限,增加了可利用时间,显著提升了港口作业效率,并可为其他卸船机智能化改造提供参考。

     

    Abstract: This paper takes unattended ship unloader system as the goal, carries out research around the core technologies of neural network image recognition, laser scanning, grab intelligent control and intelligent unmanned driving, and develops a set of unattended ship unloader control system that can be applied to 50000 tons marine cargo ships. After the application of the system, the original unloading wind speed limit has been greatly exceeded, and the available time has also been increased, which significantly improves the efficiency of port operation and can be used as a reference for other intelligent transformation of ship unloaders.
