基于图像识别的拆回电能表智能破拆装箱系统设计

Design of Intelligent Dismantling and Packing System of Energy Meter Based on Image Recognition

  • 摘要: 设计的基于图像识别的拆回电能表智能破拆装箱系统,硬件包括图像采集器和RFID读写器。在软件设计中,通过图像识别预处理拆回电能表表码图像,将拍摄到的彩色图像转换为灰度图像,精准提取关键信息。构建拆回电能表破拆装箱数据库,系统化存储与管理各类电能表的拆解与装箱数据,并匹配拆回电能表的破拆装箱特征区域,最终实现拆回电能表的智能破拆装箱。系统测试结果表明设计的基于图像识别的拆回电能表智能破拆装箱系统符合既定要求。

     

    Abstract: Designed based on image recognition of the dismantle-energy meter intelligent dismantling and packaging system, the hardware covers the image collector and RFID reader. In the software design, through image recognition pre-processing the dismantled energy meter code image, the captured color image into gray image, accurate extraction of key information. A special decommissioning and packing database is constructed to systematically store and manage the decommissioning and packing data of various kinds of energy meters, and match the characteristic regions of decommissioning and packing of energy meters. Finally, the intelligent dismantling and packing process of the energy meter is realized. The system test results show that the designed intelligent dismantling and packing system based on image recognition meets the established requirements.
